The clients approached us with visions of a kitchen Dinner single storey extension with large structural knock through turning a quant cottage into a functional and modern living area.

Park Farm - Extensive Full Refurbishment Inc Extension.
The clients PM approached us with a vision to provide a "one of a kind" Air B&B to the public.
This vision took 24months to complete, maticulusly renovating the complete 7 bedroom, Grade 2 listed, 18th centuary property, taking particlur care to maintain the original construction details and tecniques.

2023
Hall Farm - Full restoration of existing farm buildings and stables.
The clients vision was to take a under utilised, existing but run down courtyard of storage and stable building and provide a beautiful single story living space for the family to continue to use for years to come.
Taking 12 months to complete, the project envolved the complete strip back of all but the stuctural walls, before commencing forward.
Encorporating many of the original features and some seen in the surrounding building the home includes, hardwood floors, fireplaces and exposed beams.
